Xersos ship - Gravity 1

Oh i have it finaly i have it, now i can train in the gravity room. OK i walk down to the computer, and type: - set gravity 20x from normal. The the whole room is under the gravity. I can barely stand , ok first ting i need is to manage to walk normaly on the gravity. I then started to slowly walk around the room.

Now i can walk, but it's heavy, i then begin to train : 1,000 pushups situps squats and pullups,, i need more :300 pushups 400 situps 200 squats and 400 pullups, then after a rest i get another series of 1,000 pushups 500 situps 700 squats and 800 pullups. I can't stand i need rest , tham i overdo it again.

I now stand and begind to charge the ki blast, it so hard to focus, i manage to fire but it exsplodes, in my face, i then start to practicing it ..... My whole body hurts, i need to rest. I come to the console and turn the gravity off. And start's to sleep........

I have manage to wake up, I have found a food in the fridge, it was good, now lets go back on the training; 1,000 pushups situps squats and pullups, then he have a little rest the again but this time he do: 2,500 pushups situps squats and pullups. I shout Kaoken and i begins to power up the ship is shaking and the red aura erupts form my body like a living red flame, "now is the time for training": 5,000 pushups situps squats and pullups.

WHile in the Kaoken mode i do around;2,000 pushups 1,000 situps 1,000 squats and1,000 pullups. and again repeat the last post.

Nex part of the training :I do 3,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats, after that i begin to train my Infinite Break technique, then my new technique Double Galick Gun, then i practice how much time i can spend in my super saiyan, then i do around 3,000 situps in the ss mode.

Third part of my training i repeat the last post: I do 3,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats, after that i begin to train my Infinite Break technique, then my new technique Double Galick Gun, then i practice how much time i can spend in ss, then i do around 3,000 situps in the ss.

Ah i need little nap, Afte a couple of hours of resting; lets go train some more. In my super saiyan mode i do 1,000 galick guns, some 500 Big bang attack, and then i finish my training with Double Galick Gun.

Ok lets start i take my stance and do 10,000 solar flares, 10,000 Double Galick Gun 30,000 pushups 30,000 situps 30,000 squats and after an hour of resting 30,000 pushups 3,000 situps 6,000 squats.

I the power up my aura and my hair turned yellow i then, start practicing punches and kicks.

This gravity training has been paying off. And my training with the normal gravity is easy now. I start jumping and shooting ki blasts, then i started to practice the punches, first with left fist then with my right, and i started to speed up, it seemse as i can puch a lot faster then before. I then start's to practice with my legs, hitting and blocking, i then imagine the fictitious opponent and i started to fight with him.

After i defeat the imaginary enemy, i rest a little and then i continued my training, i have begin to do a pushups, then i start to runn, around the ship , then i begin to power up and charge the ki balls and sending them at me,........

After all that training i need a rest. I have go to my room on the ship, and fall to bed, and in the same moment i fall asllep. I wake up the next morning, i have something to eat, and then i explor the ship, until i find myself in the training room. I the started to practice my stance for galick gun. after that i did a couple of 10,000 Kick 10,000 Punch 10,000 Knee 10,000 Shoulder Ram 10,000 Elbow 10,000 Shin Kick 10,000 Uppercut, i need to get to some air. Lets do it again: then i do 5,000 Kick 5,000 Punch 5,000 Knee 5,000 Shoulder Ram 5,000 Elbow 5,000 Shin Kick 5,000 Uppercut.

I then started to use some wight that i found in the ship i tie it to my wrists and legs and i start punching and jumping and the kicking, it realy tired me. I then do 3,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats, after that i begin to train my Infinite Break technique.

I toe the dirt for a few seconds and then add, "And if you don't mind can I use your 20x gravity??" I smile boyishly while I wait outside and hope he lets me in...

Sparring with Xersos...

After taking a short break we decide to spar some more. I rush in at Xersos and punch at his head. He dodges out of the way of my punches and counters with and elbow to my stomach. I get hit by the blow and move back a bit from the impact. He follows up the elbow with a spinning kick at my head. I duck under it and blast him in the back with a beam of ki. He flies back a bit from the attack but quickly regains his balance and lands softly a short distance from me. He rapidly fires ki blasts at me. I thrust my hands out to the side and create an energy barrier around myself. Xersos continues to blast me with ki and after a few seconds he stops and waits for the dust to clear. When it does I am standing in my barrier untouched by his attack. We both stop and catch our breath...

I into the training room and feel the increase in gravity. I enjoy the extra strain that it puts on my body. It makes me feel alive. I drop to the floor and do 1,000 push ups. I roll over to my back and do 1,000 sit ups. I climb to my feet and do 1,000 squats. I walk over to a pull up bar and do 1,000 pull ups...

I see a row of punching bag and decide now would be a good time to test out my fighting skills. I walk over to one and punch the bag 1,000 times with each hand. Then I kick the bag 1,000 times with each leg. I grab hold of the bag and knee it 1,000 times with each knee. I hold the bag with my free hand and elbow the bag 1,000 times with each elbow...

Training in 20x gravity #3

I stand on one side of the room and focus my energy. I can feel the effect the added gravity will have on my attacks and know I must focus extra hard. I hold out my right hand and charge a large ball of ki. I shout, "BIG BANG ATTACK!!" I fire a large ball of ki across the room. The added gravity makes it harder to control. I instantly tranmit myself across the room and immediatly put my hands at my side and start charging my energy. I pour as much energy as I can into my next attack and shout, "SUPER KAMEHAMEHA!!" I thrust my hands forward and release a massive wave of ki. I get the attack of just in the nick of time and catch the ki ball before it slams into me. I manage to stop and ki ball and begin pushing it away from myself. The added gravity starts to push both the ki ball and my ki wave toward the ground, but the ki ball is still dangerously close. I growl as I push the ball away as hard as I can. The ball touches the ground and erupts in a massive explosion. I release the ki wave and quickly create an energy barrier around myself. I manage to negate some of the blast but not all and I am thrown into the wall. My head hits the wall and I slowly pass out, but a nap sounds like a good idea...
